Foil-Sealed Powder Dispensing Cap for Beverage Bottles

The foil-sealed powder dispensing cap is designed to store dry ingredients separately from the liquid inside a beverage bottle. An integrated powder chamber with a foil seal keeps the powder contained until the cap is activated.

When the consumer activates the cap, the internal opening mechanism breaks the foil seal and releases the stored powder directly into the bottle. Simply shake the bottle to mix the powder with the liquid before consumption.

Integrated Dry Powder Storage Chamber

The closure incorporates a dedicated chamber for storing dry powder above the beverage. A foil membrane seals the bottom of the chamber, keeping the dry ingredient physically separated from the liquid during storage and transportation.

This powder-and-liquid separation system allows the ingredients to be combined immediately before use instead of being premixed inside the bottle.

Release Powder When Ready to Use

1. Dry powder is filled into the integrated cap chamber.
2. The chamber is sealed with a foil membrane.
3. The powder dispensing cap is assembled onto a compatible bottle.
4. Activate the cap to open the internal foil seal.
5. The powder is released directly into the liquid.
6. Shake the bottle to mix before consumption.
